Production

Every inside component such as radiating elements, power dividers, cables, connectors and contacts between metal plates have been
scrutinized as to why and how much intermodulation distortion are generated. First of all, GAMMA NU’s own patented dual polarized radiating element is devised free of over-bridge and sitting smooth without debris and with contact as minimal as possible on the metallic plate.

Many fine standards are needed with machining and plating our coaxial connectors, cables and power dividers. In addition, metal plate contact, bending, tap and debris defects are thoroughly standardized. They measure PIM and VSWR on every antenna by tapping, to mimic unwanted shock and vibration. The data are then saved into our Data Alive production management system.
